Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Airport - Amman (D)

Your tour of Jordan starts with meet & assist at Queen Alia International Airport Amman. After touching down, look out for your driver and then relax on the transfer to your hotel. Check in , Dinner and then spend the rest of your afternoon or evening at leisure.  

 

Day 2: Jerash & Amman (B, D)

Morning tour of the ancient city of Jerash. Afternoon tour of Amman, visiting the citadel and Roman Theater. 

 

Day 3: To Petra (B, D)

Travel along the King’s Way, visiting Madaba, home to a Byzantine mosaic map of the region, Mount Nebo, from where Moses first viewed the Holy Land, and the 12th-century crusader castle of Kerak. Continue to Petra and stay 3 nights at your hotel. Overnight Petra 

 

Day 4: Petra (B, D)

Take a guided tour of Petra, the rose-red city rediscovered by JL Burckhardt in 1812. Enter the city through the Siq canyon, which opens out in front of the dramatic Treasury. Dinner at Petra Kitchen, Overnight Petra 

 

Day 5: Petra (B, D)

Return to the main site for more exploration with your guide. Evening visit to Petra by candlelight.

 

Day 6: To Wadi Rum & Dead Sea (B, D)

Morning visit to Al Beidha, known as “Little Petra,” before driving to Wadi Rum for a 4x4 excursion into the desert. Afternoon transfer to the Dead Sea. Overnight Dead Sea

 

Day 7: Dead Sea (B, D)

Day at leisure. morning excursion to the baptism site at Bethany on the banks of the Jordan River. Overnight Dead Sea

 

Day 8: Depart Amman (B)

Depart Amman for your homebound flight.
